We opened our doors on Dolores Street with one belief: that a great cup of coffee and a properly made sandwich shouldn't require a trip to the Mission or the Richmond. Just good ingredients, honest preparation, and the kind of service that makes you feel like a regular — even on your first visit.
Every batch of coffee is pulled to order. Our sandwiches are built from scratch daily. The pastries arrive fresh because we work with bakers who show up on time and don't cut corners. It's not fancy — it's just the standard we hold ourselves to.
